Before paying for anything, get a 10 minute phone call to establish rapport with Miriam. A nutrition questionnaire will follow.
02 Initial Consultation
Part of your New Client Bundle, the initial consultation is a one-time deep dive added to your first month. We review your medical history, labs, and lifestyle, as well as identify your specific goals and roadblocks. From there, you’ll receive a clear, actionable roadmap to start making progress right away.
03 Select A Package
Choose the package that works best for you after your initial consultation and first month of support. I don't just give you a meal plan and send you on your way. We work together to build sustainable habits that actually fit your life.
